How to stream the videos on your TV

You can AirPlay videos from the Safari browser on macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. To do so, select the AirPlay icon in the Vimeo Player and select your preferred device.

Chromecast

To cast a video to a Google Chromecast device, or a device with Chromecast built-in start playing the video, select the Chromecast icon  in the bottom-right of the video and select your preferred device.

I am having trouble accessing a course I have paid for. What should I do?

1. Sign Out and Sign Back In: If you’re already signed in but facing issues with accessing the course content, sign out and then sign back in. This can refresh your session and resolve many technical issues.

2. Try a Different Browser: Sometimes, sign-in issues are browser-specific. We recommend trying a different web browser to see if that resolves the problem. Common browsers include Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari.

3. Clear Your Browser Cache: Outdated cache or cookies may interfere with the sign-in process. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then attempt to sign in again.

4. Restart Your Browser: Close your web browser completely and reopen it before trying to sign in. Sometimes, this simple step can resolve temporary glitches.
